Generally, the first step in an effective treatment program is a complete evaluation.  This involves taking a brief history of the problem and any past interventions.  Our staff use a variety of standardized tests that give objective scores, as well as less formal measures that can be helpful for developing treatment plans.  If you have received treatment or assessment in another setting, please bring that information with you, or fax to our office at (801)308-0401.
